Hammock Bay "Vacation Where You Live"

I have always believed you should live where you like to vacation.  For me and my husband, Gregg, the lake is one of the most relaxing, yet active places to be.   When Gregg and I relocated to Lexington we wanted to live on the lake, but also wanted the luxury of vacationing here too.  Hammock Bay offered both!
Fortunately, I intercepted information about the community pre-construction auction and decided to participate. I had no idea I would be so compelled to purchase a unit.  Being new to the area, I didn't know what to expect in means availability or pricing that would be compatible with our standard of living.  The presentation of Hammock Bay was phenomenal.  The layout, design, location and affordability offered an opportunity for us to "live where we vacation". Hammock Bay has allowed us to live active lifestyles while managing our careers.  We both travel weekly so being close to the interstate makes coming and going much more pleasurable. Not to mention that the town of Lexington offers everything we need in just a 10 minute commute!

My expectations of Hammock Bay are radiating daily.  Each day, I see something new or different that enhances the community regardless of the on going construction.  We are very satisfied with the location of the unit that we purchased.  The view is perfect and the privacy is unmatched. Hammock Bay offers a variety of extracurricular activities.  Whether I want to take a walk, play tennis, spend the day relaxing by the pool, or take a boat ride right from the dock, it's all within walking distance.   Our home in Hammock Bay is one of the greatest investments we have made. I would encourage anyone to look closer..Hammock Bay offers an all inclusive opportunity to live where you vacation..
